All services provided by TalknLock are customized, strategy-driven, and non-tangible in nature. Deliverables are executed as per the mutually agreed scope, timelines, and approvals shared by the client.
Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, deliverables are created specifically for each client and cannot be resold or repurposed.
3. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made as per the quotation or invoice shared.
- Work may commence only after receipt of advance payment, where applicable.
- Any additional scope beyond the agreed deliverables may be charged separately.
- Prices are subject to change in case of revision in project requirements.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation Before Work Commencement
Clients may request cancellation before production or project execution has commenced.
If approved, eligible refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
4.2 Cancellation After Work Commencement
Once work, production, editing, or creative execution has begun, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds, as resources and manpower are allocated immediately upon project initiation.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 No Refund After Production
Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are not applicable once production or execution has commenced.
5.2 No Refund After Delivery
Once final deliverables have been shared with the client, the project is considered completed and no refunds shall be issued.
5.3 Revisions in Place of Refunds
In case of dissatisfaction, clients may request revisions within the agreed scope. Refunds will not be issued in lieu of revisions.
5.4 Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
6. Intellectual Property
All final deliverables become the property of the client only after full payment clearance.
TalknLock reserves the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
TalknLock shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business loss arising from platform algorithm changes
- Third-party service failures
- Delays caused by client-side approvals or inputs
- Misuse of deliverables after final delivery
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
