Overview
Kachoopa is a fee-only wealth planning studio whose mascot is a tortoise: slow money, big shell. Ahead of opening its first walk-in studio, it needed a full assets system covering stationery, social templates, storefront signage and merch.
Audience: First-jobbers and young families aged 24–38 who are scared of markets, tired of hot tips, and want someone to make investing feel calm and a bit funny.
The insight
In money, boring wins, and boring can be loveable. The tortoise beat the hare; we just gave it a brand.
Business objective
Build a recognisable, reusable kit that makes a small planner look confident on the street, in the inbox and on Instagram. Every new piece should be quick to produce without diluting the brand.
Visual direction
A geometric hexagon-shell tortoise that walks, with a heavy, wide Syne wordmark and Space Grotesk for facts. The palette is deep teal, mint, coral and butter: unexpected for finance, which is the point. The voice uses short, dry one-liners.
Deliverables
- Logo lockups & tortoise mark
- Letterhead, business cards, stickers
- Social post templates shown in a live feed
- Storefront fascia, window graphics & A-frame
- Merch: tote, mug, enamel pins
- Walk-cycle motion frames
